Here is a brief lesson in the newly established USCIS fees for our Ukraine refugees.
They face several financial hurdles. Foremost is compliance with USCIS fees to continue living
safely in the USA.
There are three sections of fees:
First filing fees. Second extension fees. Third work authorization fee.
Firstly filing USCIS application Form I-131 fee is $580.00:
Next is the Re-parole Humanitarian Extension the fee is $1,020.00;
Lastly, Permission to work, this is also a renewal fee of $280.00.
All these ($1,880.00) are necessary for our Ukraine Refugees to legally reside in the safety of
the United States, to work, properly earn a living, supporting themselves and their family and
with wages pay taxes in the US.
Most refugees recognize the unlimited opportunities in our free land and readily comply,
furthermore seeking US citizenship.
